What information does the World of EUC collect, and what does WEUC do with it?

WEUC collects email and other personal information you voluntarily provide to WEUC so that we can send you communications about WEUC, including event announcements, community updates, related topics, and other community-relevant information.

How do you get my consent?

WEUC gets your consent to collect and use your personal information when you voluntarily provide it to us, either by using our member signup form or by registering for a WEUC event or other activity. In each case, you consent to share your personal information with WEUC and consent to receive WEUC communications.

How do I customize my communications and withdraw my consent?

You may customize your communications and withdraw your consent by logging into your World of EUC account and choose to unsubscribe to withdraw your consent, and WEUC emails will include an unsubscribe option.  

How do I consent to WEUC Partner communications?

WEUC will not share your personal information with our partners without your consent. From time to time, WEUC will ask if you consent to providing personal information to partners participating in WEUC events and other activities. It is your decision to consent or not to consent. After you consent to provide personal information to a partner, WEUC is not responsible for how a partner uses it.

WEUC is not responsible for the content, actions, and privacy practices of sites reached through such links.

The WorldofEUC.org site and information are hosted by WordPress, Google Workspaces, and other third-party applications and platforms that WEUC determines are necessary to support the community. We utilize other third-party applications and platforms from time to time to provide enhanced services for emails, events, and other activities.

4. Payment

WEUC does not now charge members a fee for using WorldofEUC.org to attend events or participate in other activities.

5. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information and follow industry best practices to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to enhance your experience on the WorldofEUC.org website. We do not track our members off of the WorldofEUC.org site. WEUC is not responsible for the use of cookies and the privacy policies of third party platforms and applications that WEUC uses. 

7. Web Analysis Tools

We use web analysis tools built into WorldofEUC.org to measure and collect session information.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you that it has been updated.
